# Extraktion der SAM-Datenbank

### Was ist SAM?

Das **SAM**oder **Sicherheitskonten-Manager**, ist eine lokale Windows-Datenbank, die die lokalen Konten des Computers enthält.

Sie enthält Informationen zu:

* zu lokalen Benutzern;
* zu lokalen Gruppen;
* Hashwerte lokaler Konten.

### Zugriff erforderlich

Um auf SAM zuzugreifen, sind erhöhte Rechte erforderlich.

Im Labor verwenden wir:

```bash
privilege::debug

token::elevate
```

Das Ziel ist es, in einen Kontext mit höheren Rechten zu wechseln, um auf lokale Geheimnisse zuzugreifen.
