# Wichtige Kerberos-Komponenten

#### KDC

Das **KDC**oder **Key Distribution Center**, ist auf dem Domänencontroller installiert.

Er ist für die Ausstellung von Kerberos-Tickets verantwortlich.

Er enthält zwei Hauptkomponenten:

* **AS** : Authentifizierungsdienst ;
* **TGS** : Ticketvergabedienst.

#### AS — Authentifizierungsdienst

Das **AS** ist der Teil des KDC, der für die anfängliche Benutzerauthentifizierung verantwortlich ist.

Er tritt auf, wenn sich der Benutzer mit der Domäne verbindet.

#### TGS — Ticketvergabedienst

Das **TGS** ist der Teil des KDC, der für die Bereitstellung von Tickets für den Zugriff auf bestimmte Dienste verantwortlich ist.

Dienstbeispiele:

* SMB-Freigabe;
* HTTP-Dienst;
* MSSQL;
* LDAP;
* CIFS;
* interner Anwendungsdienst.

#### krbtgt-Konto

In Active Directory wird standardmäßig ein spezielles Konto erstellt:

krbtgt
```

Dieses Konto wird vom KDC verwendet, um bestimmte Kerberos-Tickets zu signieren und zu verschlüsseln.

Es ist äußerst sensibel, da es damit zusammenhängt, wie die Kerberos-Authentifizierung in der Domäne funktioniert.
