# Principais componentes do Kerberos
#### KDC
O **KDC** , ou **Centro de Distribuição de Chaves**, é instalado no controlador de domínio.
É responsável por emitir tickets Kerberos.
Ele contém dois componentes principais:
* **AS** : Serviço de Autenticação ;
* **TGS** : Serviço de Concessão de Tickets.
#### AS — Serviço de Autenticação
O **AS** é a parte do KDC responsável pela autenticação inicial do usuário.
Isso ocorre quando o usuário se conecta ao domínio.
#### TGS — Serviço de Concessão de Tickets
O **TGS** é a parte do KDC responsável por fornecer tickets para acessar serviços específicos.
Exemplos de serviços:
* compartilhamento SMB;
* serviço HTTP;
* MSSQL;
* LDAP;
* CIFS;
* serviço de aplicação interna.
#### conta krbtgt
No Active Directory, uma conta especial é criada por padrão:

Essa conta é usada pelo KDC para assinar e criptografar determinados tickets Kerberos.
Ela é extremamente sensível porque está relacionada à forma como a autenticação Kerberos funciona no domínio.
