# Avaliação de Segurança do WPS
Avalie a exposição do WPS e documente a remediação necessária.
A Configuração Protegida de Wi‑Fi (WPS) simplifica a integração de clientes em alguns pontos de acesso.
Seu método por PIN usa um valor de oito dígitos. Implementações fracas podem aumentar o risco da rede.
### Defina o escopo da avaliação
Documente cada ponto de acesso, seu BSSID, canal e versão do firmware.
Registre a data e a janela de tempo da avaliação.
### Verifique a configuração do WPS
Use a interface de administração do roteador ou um scanner aprovado.
Registre se o WPS está habilitado e qual método de integração está disponível.
Revise quaisquer configurações de bloqueio, limite de tentativas e atraso definidas.
Esses controles reduzem a exposição a tentativas repetidas de PIN.
### Reporte a descoberta
