### Сохранённый XSS в атрибуте href ссылки, где двойные кавычки HTML-кодируются

В этой лаборатории есть уязвимость XSS, сохраняемая в функции комментариев. Двойные кавычки в `href` атрибуте HTML-кодируются ("), что влияет на способ внедрения полезной нагрузки.

Сохранённый комментарий может управлять `href` атрибутом имени автора в разделе комментариев; атрибут возвращается в виде ссылки, например `<a href="...">`, и двойные кавычки закодированы, но URI ссылки остаётся пригодным для использования.
